Introduction The Library at Kendriya Vidyalaya, No.1 Kankarbagh, Patna, is an excellent repository of learning resources. It is situated on the 1st floor of Vidyalaya, which can accommodate about 100 users at a time. It has 2 computers with high speed Internet & Intranet connectivity. It is fully integrated with the latest barcode technology and international standard library management software eGranthalaya, provided by NIC. Users can access bibliographic details of the library resources through OPAC anywhere. The library consists of latest collection of textbooks as well as reference books (approx. 15000), national as well as international children magazines and electronic resources on subject areas covered by the academic curricula of CBSE. The open access system has been adopted at all service points where users may browse and select material of their choice.
